Best guns in the game, hands down, are the guns from Lola's black market, the overclocked ones. Haven't played in a while but overclocked weapons never qere in the shop at all. O ly in Lola's black market for moneda. They may have patched it since the last time I played.

However, the Black Market doesn't let you purchase things using Depleted Uranium or Yaran Pesos like other retailers across Yara. Instead, you have to earn Moneda. Additionally, the Black Market's stock refreshes automatically every few hours.
There many too choose from. I can't decide which one. I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but I used my Ubi points on the white lotus sniper rifle. It's been working wonders for me.
