The artificial compounds used in micro LED displays, much like ur standard LCD displays, are far more durable, than the organic compounds used in OLED. The so called 'burn-in' on OLEDs is in fact just degradation of that organic compound on a subpixel level. it is not physical damage of the screen caused by heat, which is what real 'burn-in' is
Set the display to turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity or less — The less time your display shows static images unnecessarily, the better. Turn on the screensaver — If you don’t want to mess with the other settings, consider simply setting your screen saver to turn on after 1-5 minutes. I have mine set on “blank” which, on an OLED
Rapid color changes can also help to regenerate the LCD. There is no such thing as permanent burn-in as with CRT's, Plasma and OLED screens since LCD don't have any luminance degradation so permanent burn-in is not possible physically if the screen isn't mistreated for it (the crystals) to fail on purpose. Obviously the main thing is setting your screensaver to be black and activate at like 1-3 minutes. Second is auto-hide taskbar since that's the main thing that's static. Personally I don't like the taskbar being hidden so I just dragged it to the second screen. Asus also has a built-in safety feature called pixel shift.
Idesmi. •. On Windows they offer ASUS OLED Care, which should help to mitigate issues with the OLED display. "Pixel shift" slightly moves pixels during usage. It is also recommended to hide the Windows toolbar by default, and set the screen timeout time to very low (e.g 2min). meenizee.
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display on the computer. Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted. I would like to inform you that the screen burn issues usually happen in the OLED TVs when you watch a particular channel a lot or when you view the same content on the TV.
ASUS Lumina OLED displays are designed to be reliable, with TÜV Rheinland low blue-light certification for eye protection and ASUS OLED Care for burn-in prevention, along with a special thermal design and US military-grade testing for durability. ASUS also offers a free screen exchange service if burn-in issues occur during the warranty period.
