First, go to a city – these are the large settlements with a wall around them. Then, click on “go to the tavern district” and you’ll be presented with the option to sell some prisoners or Attribute. Intelligence. Medicine is one of the Skills in Mount & Blade II Bannerlord. Skills determine how good your character is in a specific field. The attributes and focus points decide how fast you can learn a skill. And once you reached certain levels of a skill, you can choose to unlock a perk, which gives you a permanent bonus. It will go up with time. Faster if you wait in a town. You regain it over time. You regain it faster if you’re not moving on the map. And even faster if you wait in a town/village. I believe. You regain health naturally over time as your wounds need to heal. You can increase the speed of healing by either increasing your Medicine skill or How to Heal in Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord. To heal in Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord, rest in a town, village, or castle. Your character will automatically heal slowly over time while on the campaign map. This healing rate increases by leveling up the Medicine skill of your character or the Surgeon companion in your party.

In the mod "diplomacy" which introduced this system into warband you could buy ressources and store them in your workshop to make more profit. #4. RayvenQ Mar 31, 2020 @ 2:11pm. Look around the city you want the workshop in, see what its village produced goods are, that should help you make a profit. #5.
My mod called Magic Casters does this. It's stable, runs on 1.7.0, 1.7.1, and 1.7.2 and is on Nexus. Works great with base game. The magic is added from the prereq mod Magic Spells. It only has attack spells at this point but has a pretty decent variety. We're working on adding Fear, Slow, and Healing.
