Alot of people have noticed Black Ops 3 has been having issues the last week or so. In menus its a consistent stutter every 1 second, once in a zombies map the game will often freeze or crash, and in MP fps will randomly be capped somewhere between 80 and 90. Its being caused by the May 12 steam update. Steam did something wonky and now whenever the game connects to the internet through Steam

I don't know if this vulnerability also signals that there could be more dangerous exploits to be discovered, but for now
