Hadsame issue with mine! also 5.7 Hemi WK2 2011 with Ripp SC. The part 5 section of the pipe comes without any (seal)gasket but use part 6 as a sleeve. The leak is always between gaskets of part 7 and 3 with resonator. the best fix will be either new gasket or as i did , to apply high temp exhaust silicon on the gasket and refit.Itended up taking me a few days as the exhaust manifolds needed to be machined but could have all been done in one day had that not been the case. Edit: I had 3 broken manifold bolts but they were on cylinders 7 & 8. It would be quite a bit more difficult to access if any of the other bolts had been broken.
